RTU Service-Maintenance

At Trust Heat Cool, we're committed to providing efficient and reliable commercial HVAC services to minimize your business's downtime. To ensure seamless operations and transparent billing, please familiarize yourself with our service process and payment policies:

• Diagnostic Fee: A $125 diagnostic fee is required to dispatch our skilled technicians to your job site. This fee covers the initial assessment of your commercial unit.
• Labor & Parts: Once the issue is diagnosed, labor is billed at $125 per hour per technician on-site, plus the cost of any necessary parts.
• Pre-Authorization for Repairs: To expedite repairs and get your business back up and running quickly, we require a credit card on file for all commercial clients. Additionally, for any repair estimated at up to $450, we require pre-approval at the time of the service request. This allows our technicians to proceed with common repairs immediately without waiting for secondary approvals, which is crucial given the challenges of accessing rooftop units and the urgency of many commercial issues.
• Transparency & Documentation: For your peace of mind, our technicians provide comprehensive documentation for every job. This includes a picture of the unit being serviced, a picture of its serial number, and before-and-after photos of the completed work, along with a detailed invoice upon completion.
