Established 2022

 

After facing the challenges of working in large local companies, where office staff often overshadowed technicians, Julie Ray and Gracie Hughes founded Trust Heat Cool with a mission to change that! They witnessed how these imbalances created communication issues and workflow inefficiencies, frustrating clients and driving up costs. High turnover among technicians led to unskilled labor, leaving both technicians and clients feeling undervalued. We’re excited to show you a better way to meet your needs! Give us a chance, and we’re sure you'll feel the positive difference in our service.

As longtime residents of the CU area for 33 wonderful years, we are deeply rooted in this community. We have even had the same cellphone numbers since cell phones first came out! Ray's background includes being a trained graphic artist and running Vision World Tattoo, a nationally recognized studio that won Best Local Business for two decades. However, after facing some health challenges, he embraced a new path.

For the past five years, Ray has had the privilege of working as a lead technician for Mike Williams, Chief Bauer,  Rays Heating and Cooling, and Mattex. He also served as a supervisor of operations at a 504-unit apartment complex and the Psi Upsilon Fraternity and flipped over one hundred homes for a money man while having eight rentals of our own. Our experience has equipped us with the expertise to handle all your heating and cooling needs.
