My furnace died after 34 years. Have a bi-level home with numerous issues. I had 5 quotes with vendors and had long learning curve on new technology available My bills were high and could have 12-25 difference temperatures from upper to lower level of 4 BR home. Two vendors introduced me to heat pumps with auxiliary furnace back up.

Absolutely incredibly kind, was very clear with instructions, and was so helpful and nice. He definitely made sure the job was done thoroughly before leaving.
Ray came out for a very reasonable $135 service call and charged me nothing more. He did the most comprehensive evaluation of my thermostat and furnace problem I've ever seen — seriously — and, as a result, didn't have to replace any parts! My furnace is running better, cheaper and more efficiently and my thermostat isn't on the fritz anymore. Highly, highly recommend.
My Attic Heater stopped working this passed Saturday. I called Trust Heat Cool, & they came out without doubling the call out price like some of the other HVAC shops wanted to charge. Ray didn't have the part needed to fix it. But said that he would be here Monday morning with the replacement part once the parts store opened. At 1st i thought ok, so it will probably be Monday sometime in the afternoon, but Ray kept his word & fixed the problem 1st thing in the Morning, like he said he would do....Thanks Ray 4 keeping your word & doing a good job.
Trust Heat Cool came out to my residents after my heat stopped working. They did an amazing job installing a new furnace/partican to cover the furnace! Ray and Julie came after I contacted the Ameren efficiency program and came that same day. I was not only impressed by how quickly they came but how they provided me and my family with a temporary heat source until heat could be back restored in my home. Now that's going over and beyond for the customer which is a rare thing to find from any company. Not to mention that they also completed the job quicker than any other company I've used in the past for home improvement projects, used less the man power, and finished the project in less the days work. They were respectful people, kind, and always made sure to answer any questions me and my husband had. We could tell that they really took pride in their work by the efforts they made towards making sure we were taken care of and given quality parts. This project wasn't all about what they could get but I definitely feel like they did everything out of care for the customer.
